Various reports and transaction histories are available 24/7. Factory and Retail accounts may view the history of their transactions, deliveries, pick-ups and POD's online. Accounts can view who received, delivered and accepted all items, and also print out various management reports. Qualex will assign a customer ID and password for your protection and privacy. No one is allowed to view this information unless authorized by your company.

Retail Clients and Consumers may go to CUSTOMER DIRECT ONLINE TRACKING at our web site and enter the Purchase Order number or Shipper number to view the status of their order. Clients can see information pertaining to their specific order only: if the item is in stock, when the delivery will be scheduled and the status of their order.
