All residential deliveries are completed with a minimum of disruption. All work is performed by experienced full-time employees dedicated to proper customer services.

Appointments are honored and scheduled to accommodate client requests.

All items for residential delivery are thoroughly inspected and deluxed as necessary prior to delivery. Items are bar coded, scanned, labeled and blanket wrapped for future delivery.

Clients are able to verify inventory, status and availability of their items via the internet. If desired, designers can be emailed in real time as items are received.

If POs are provided by the design client, all merchandise is easily tracked and various management reports can be printed from the Qualex web site for added information and convenience.
